When we visit WDW in 2009, we will have my 73 year old Mother and she will need to use a scooter to get around. We are trying to stay on a tight budget, but want getting around to be easy for her. Which Disney hotel would be easier for her?

    Hi Lori,

Of course the "Deluxe" Resorts at Walt Disney World would be the best options as far as transportation with most of them featuring their Monorail and Water Launch (boat) Services directly from the resort where other resorts offer only bus transportation, but they are also the most expensive options at WDW.  I would suggest if you are on a tight budget to go with either the "Value" or "Moderate" Resorts as they do have WDW bus transportation for you and these buses do accommodate wheelchairs and electric scooters, it will just take a little longer to get where you are going but you will have just as good a time regardless.

    Have a magical day!
