We are going on our 2nd visit to WDW in 2 weeks. Our 1st was 5 yrs ago, but our Disney travel agent didn't notify anyone then that it was our first visit and we didn't know to make sure she did! What did we miss out on? Kids are now 10 & 12. Thanks

    Hi Laurie!

You're trip is coming up fast!  Why not celebrate your 2nd, 1st visit this time around!  You can grab "1st Time Visitor" buttons or simply "I'm Celebrating!" buttons when you arrive at Walt Disney World.  The buttons are becoming really popular to show the World exactly what you are celebrating.  You did not miss out on anything specific during your first go-around.  When the Cast Members see you have a specialty button, they will congratulate you on your celebration.  This does not necessarily mean you will get specialty treatment, but it's always possible to run across some pixie dust!  I've heard of families being chosen to be in the parades, or they get to officially open the parks one morning.  Please note this is completely random and not guaranteed.

Here's hoping for a magical vacation!
