Hi Komari,
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Lights, camera, action - it is time to strike a pose!
The standard active window is 30 days from the date you first download or unlock any digital photo or other digital media according to the
Memory Maker Terms and Conditions. So you will need to purchase a new Memory Maker package. Since my family loves Memory Maker, we always purchase it for each trip. On our last trip we had over 200 photos and ride videos!
I also suggest that you review the
Photo Expiration Policy. PhotoPass Photos expire 45 days from the date the photo was taken unless you purchase an extension. To see the expiration date for each photo, simply click on that photo to enlarge the photo. The expiration date should appear just below the image.
Finally, be sure to download the
My Disney Experience Mobile App to check your photos throughout the day. Occasionally, a photo has not appeared in our My Disney Experience Account and my husband or I have stopped by a Disney PhotoPass center to seek assistance from a cast member. A cast member has always been able to locate our missing photos. We just provide the location where the photo was taken and the general time it was taken.
Komari, we now have a good idea where the cameras are on each ride. So my girls and I like to plan what we will do when the ride passes the camera. We probably spend entirely too much time coordinating our "pose" and, we laugh hysterically once we see the photo. Inevitably, we have had some epic photo fails!
Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
Donyell
