'm going to visit several parks this month EP, MK, HS, AK. My husband has psoriatic arthritis and he can't stand for long periods. He has a disability card in Mexico. Is there any procedure he can follow to avoid standing in long lines?

    Hi there!

Thanks for bringing this question to planDisney!

If you find yourself in a long queue that could be difficult for your husband, I recommend using the Attraction Queue Re-Entry or Meet-Up accommodation. All you’ll have to do is chat with the Cast Member at the entrance of the queue to let them know you’d like to use this accommodation. Then, your travel party will enter the queue while your husband waits comfortably outside the queue.

Once you get to a point within the queue where he can meet back up with you, go ahead and text or call him. At that time, he’ll go back to the Cast Member at the entrance to the queue and let them know he’s using the accommodation. They’ll be happy to help him meet back up with everyone, so you can enjoy the attraction together.

Another service you may want to consider is purchasing Lightning Lane passes. These allow you to skip the standby line at the attractions you’ve booked, so you can get to the attractions more quickly. While they’re not something you have to purchase to enjoy your trip by any means, my family has always loved having them at the parks to make our day more efficient and allow us to enjoy more of what the parks have to offer

I hope that helps! If you have any other questions, feel free to come back and visit us. I hope you have the best trip!
