Our visit is scheduled for 12/2 - 12/8/26, which restaurants at each theme park, or nearby resort, offer the best vegetarian options for 2 adults?

Magical greetings, Joseph, and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for asking your question about dietary needs during your Walt Disney World vacation. I'm happy to help.

Disney does a great job with dietary needs. I'm pleased to share with you that you'll find at least one plant-based option on most menus, including both Table Service and Quick Service venues. Many menus are available online on the Walt Disney World website, and each plant-based option is noted as such. One of my favorite things to do when I'm planning my upcoming trip is peruse all the online menus of the places I'm interested in to see what my family and I might want to eat. I just type in the name of the restaurant in the search bar on the website and from there, click the menu to see what's offered.

What's considered "best" is highly subjective without knowing your specific preferences, but I do have a few tricks up my sleeve to maximize your options. There are several All-You-Care-to-Enjoy restaurants around Walt Disney World that have meals served family-style. This means the menu options are brought to your table and can be refilled as much as you'd like. Instead of having one or two items on an al a carte menu that are plant-based, these restaurants typically offer an entire plant-based meal. For example, 'Ohana at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort's plant-based menu has rolls, a salad and a plant-based skillet including teriyaki noodles, stir-fry veggies, edamame dumplings and savory plant-based "meats" featuring South Pacific flavors. The meal is even topped off with a plant-based version of their famous bread pudding served with soy-based "ice cream." This is just one example of what you'll find with meals served family-style.

A few others for you to check out are Liberty Tree Tavern inside Magic Kingdom, Whispering Canyon Cafe inside Disney's Wilderness Lodge and Sebastian's Bistro at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. For a dinner and a show, I highly recommend Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue located at The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort. Not only will you get a family-style meal, you'll get a slapstick-style comedy musical show that's sure to leave your belly full and your face sore from all the smiling and laughing you'll do while watching.

Also, don't skip out on the snacks. Many of the kiosks also have plant-based offerings, noted on those menus as well. You might be interested to know that the very popular Dole fruit-flavored soft served desserts are plant-based, including my favorite flavor, pineapple. Be sure to confirm all of your selections with the Cast Member taking your order to make sure they meet your dietary needs.

I hope this has been helpful to you, Joseph. If you have any other questions, please visit us again here at planDisney.
