If we want to visit the parks for 5 days and the water park for only 1 day, what is the best way to get tickets for that? Can a water park ticket be added on later? We are coming in November and not sure if it will be warm enough for a water park.

Hi, Stacey! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I'm excited to learn you are planning such a fun and magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! WDW is home to two awesome water parks, Disney's Typhoon Lagoon and Disney's Blizzard Beach. You have several options to purchase tickets for these world class water parks. One is to go directly to the ticket window on the day you wish to visit and purchase them there. You can also purchase them before you arrive by visiting the website and adding them to your My Disney Experience account so they are linked up and ready to use when you arrive. Your third option would be to add the Park Hopper Plus option to your tickets. This option will give you the most flexibility during your visit, allowing you to visit mulitple parks in one day and as many visits to the water parks as your ticket days.

Stacey, as an Orlando area local, I can tell you our November temperatures can be water park friendly. The weather is usually very mild and comfortable, and if it's slightly cool, the water at the parks is always heated! So, do plan to visit and be sure to check out the latest attraction at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon, Miss Adventure Falls, a family raft ride that's sure to make a splash with the entire family!

Thanks for stopping by! I hope you have a truly magical visit!
