We want to visit 26-31 MAY & are wondering which resort would be best (2 adults & 3 kids-5yo, 3yo, 8mo). My kids love to swim, but we don't like long waits for the bus & might rent a car. Also thinking about the DDP & wondering if it saves

    Hi Jamie,

It is wonderful to hear you are planning your next Walt Disney World vacation.  Sometimes planning the magic can be almost as fun as being in the magic.  I guess that is why I love helping guests plan their practically perfect vacations and I am honored you stopped back by to ask us another great question.

My kids also love to swim and the Fuentes del Morro Pool at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort is their favorite.  The zero-entry is great for my little ones who like to sit in the shallows and have a splashtastic time, while my oldest loves to zip down the water slides and play the pool games.  Also, there is a separate water play area where your kids will be able to slide, climb, play and splash on their own shipwrecked treasure made just for their tots their size.  For a little extra fun, check out the Pirate Rooms.  These specially decorated rooms add a little extra Pixie Dust to your resort stay.

I am a big fan of the Disney Dining Plans and recommend them as an important addition to almost every vacation.  There are several factors to consider when deciding which plan or if it is right for your family. The in-depth planning from the link above can offer some great advice and information, but if you still have any questions or concerns, please come back and let me know.

    Have a wonderful vacation!

    Magical Wishes,

    Lauren

Hi-ya, Pals! I'm Lauren, a wife and mother of three who's enjoyed many special occasions at Walt Disney World Resort with my family and friends. From graduations to birthdays, and even our Fairy Tale Honeymoon we’ve loved celebrating at the most Magical Place on Earth. I now have pre-teens who check wait times in the My Disney Experience App just for fun, so I look for any excuse to return "home" often and would love to help you plan a little extra Pixie Dust for your next magical adventure.
