    I want to visit the gingerbread house in the Grand Floridian. Do you have to park or hotel reservation, and what hours are they selling gingerbread?

    Hello Kari!

    The holiday decorations in Walt Disney World are incredible. One of my favorite things is going to the Walt Disney World Resorts to look at the holiday displays in their lobbies, especially the gingerbread displays.

    The two-story Gingerbread House and giant Christmas tree in the Lobby of Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa are unique every year. The hours to sell Gingerbread have not been announced for this year (2022) have not been announced yet, but you can keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for details for this year. The Disney Parks Blog described last year's 50th Celebration Holiday Gingerbread displays, which were terrific. Also, Disney's Contemporary Resort and Disney's Polynesian Village Resort typically have incredible Gingerbread displays. You shouldn't need a park or hotel reservation to go to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, according to my experience. My pro tip is to use the Resort Monorail to visit the three Monorail Resorts to see all their Holiday Gingerbread displays and Christmas trees.
