We are going for 3rd visit in Feb. & no dining this time. Can anyone tell me if the counter service resturants are all priced the same or are there some that are cheaper. Bringing drinks and snacks, but food is limited with no micro or fridge in room.

There is definitely some variation in pricing at counter service locations, but most meals fall in the $7-10 range.  Like I said, this is just an estimated range; you'll find that some meals are more costly while others are less expensive.  I think you'll find that typical fast food fare like burgers and fries will be on the lower end of the spectrum while more unique quick service offerings (rotisserie chicken for example) will fall on the higher end.

You can actually take a look at menus (including pricing) for WDW restaurants on the internet before you visit.  That way, you can get a very accurate estimate of what your family might spend per meal.  Do keep in mind that prices are always subject to change but at least you can get a general idea by visiting allearsnet.com.

    Hope that helps!
