Hello there, Gerry!
It is with deepest pride and greatest pleasure that I welcome you to planDisney.
Enchanted Rose is one of my favorite lounges at the Walt Disney World Resort. The Lavender Fog cocktail is absolutely sublime. I’m so glad to hear that you’re planning on taking advantage of everything the Walt Disney World Resort has to offer.
In my experience, I’ve been able to park at
Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa with a dining reservation. During peak times of the year, only Resort hotel Guests or Guests with dining or recreation reservations may be allowed to enter the Resort area to park. I spoke with a friendly Cast Member, and they shared that if you’re visiting during a non-peak time, you shouldn’t have a problem parking at the Resort if you say that you're going to the Enchanted Rose or doing a
boat rental.
If you’re visiting during a peak time, I’d suggest taking some time out of your Magic Kingdom Theme Park day to visit Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa since the monorail can take you directly to the Resort. Alternatively, if you think you’ll be hungry after boating, I recommend booking a lunch or dinner reservation at the Grand Floridian Cafe. The Lobster ‘Thermidor’ Burger is incredible, and you can almost always get a reservation.
Thank you for putting my planDisney service to the test.
Let me know if you want any other recommendations.
May the magic be with you!
Melanie
