Hi Renee!
I always encourage guests to make reservations if at all possible. It ensures you have a place to sit and eat at the place you want to eat at. Walk-in's without reservations are taken, and happen often, but there's no guarantee that when you walk in they will have a seat available for you, so just be aware of this. Magic Kingdom, of all the parks, probably generate the most traffic. Sometimes I've seen families have a better chance at being seated right when the restaurant opens or near park closing, so that may be something to keep in mind.
Have a terrific time on your trip. Only a couple weeks to go!
Visit Walt Disney World Resort to explore the magic.
