Hi , I would like to visit Downtown Disney Thursday 21st of 2021 , would I be able to go or would I have to make a reservation, is so where can I make a reservation?

    Hey Andrea!

    Welcome to planDisney!

I hope your year has been off to a great start so far! As you know Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park remain closed. The good news is that the Downtown Disney District is open and the perfect place to get a little bit of that Disney Magic! Buena Vista Street inside Disney California Adventure Park is open and a great way to explore a bit of the theme park that we know and love. It looks like it will be nice and sunny during your visit and the perfect opportunity to get a pint of ice cream from Salt & Straw to take home with you.

You'll be excited to hear that you are able to visit the Downtown Disney District this week without a reservation. From time to time you may have to wait in a virtual queue to Enter Buena Vista Street or the more popular shopping experiences like the iconic World of Disney. This is to ensure that there is enough space in the store and other areas to socially distance from one another and keep everyone safe. I highly suggest you visit the Know Before You Go page so that you have all of the information you need for your visit. Also if you were an Annual Passholder before the parks shut down, there is a very nice discount on merchandise that started this week so make sure you bring your card with you to make your shopping experience even more magical!

Well Andrea, I hope you have a very nice visit to the Downtown Disney District this week and we hope to hear from you again soon!

Remember, always believe in the Magic!
