Hello, I will visit Disneyland after my tickets expired. How can I apply the value of wholly unused Park Tickets toward the purchase of a new Theme Park Tickets? How is the process? Or just need to book a future date in Disneyland page? Thanks!!

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Fary!

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for stopping by, and we are so honored that you have chosen us to be a part of your PLANNING TEAM! We consider this an honor and privilege!

What a great question! In order to apply the value of your unused Disneyland Theme Park Ticket, you will need to call 714-781-4636 and speak to a very helpful Cast Member. When you call, the Cast Member will be able to open your My Disneyland Account, locate your tickets, and help you with your new theme park tickets.

If you did not know, the wait time to talk to a Cast Member can take much longer than normal at this time. However, I do have a Disney Pro-Tip for you. My recommendation would be to call and speak to a Cast Member in the evening. From my experience, I have found that you will wait much longer on the phone if you call in the morning or afternoon.

As you know, exciting announcements are being made all of the time, and we don't want you to miss a thing! That is why I highly recommend you follow Disneyland on all of its social media channels, and be sure to subscribe to The Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date Disney information.

If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask! We are here to help in any way!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
