We would like to visit Disneyland on January 10th but there js no availability at the moment. If we purchase for January 11th and there is availability later on, if we change the reservation is there a refund for the price difference?

Hi Edith! Thanks for dropping by planDisney.

Guests currently need a valid admission ticket and theme park reservation to enter the parks, and during popular times, a date or a park can fill up. I checked the theme park availability calendar for you, however, and I'm currently seeing availability for Disneyland Park. That can change as Guests' plans change and they cancel or modify their theme park reservations. My advice would be to check for tickets and reservations for your preferred date as soon and as often as possible if they aren't available. Hopefully, you can snag something for your preferred date and your day of magic is right around the corner.

If you end up purchasing a 1-day admission ticket for a higher-priced admission ticket Tier, you'll have the option of modifying your reservation to a lower-priced Tier day if it is available, which gives you some possible flexibility. However, you won't be refunded the price difference according to the current terms of sale, which are subject to change. I'm sorry if that's disappointing! If your preferred date is available, grab that from the start to avoid paying more.

Once you secure your tickets, take a look at the Entertainment Schedule to plan how you'll enjoy your day. It has the details you need from park hours to show schedules. From parades and nighttime entertainment to iconic Attractions, there's so much to experience!

    Have a magical day.
