Hey, Kara!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is a ghoulishly delightful party filled with dancing, delights and villainous Disney characters. I love the candy trails because trick-or-treating around Magic Kingdom Park is truly magical.
We have attended this party over the last couple of years and find easy access to all our favorite attractions due to the limited number of tickets sold. We typically do not go into Magic Kingdom Park during the day and use the day to rest up and relax. With your special party ticket you can enter the theme park at 4:00 p.m. At 7:00 p.m all non-party Guests will be asked to leave and only those Guest with party tickets will be allowed to dine during the party. Party Guests are issued special wristbands which are checked before each attraction. I would avoid making dining reservations during the party because you only have a few hours to enjoy short attraction lines, dance parties and candy trails.
Disney Dad Tip: Watch out for the Headless Horseman and Hitchhiking Ghosts (Phineas, Ezra, and Gus) during
Mickey's Boo-to-You Halloween Parade. The best place to view the parade is along the wooden walkway in Frontierland or just in front of the Hall of Presidents attraction.
Kara, enjoy making many Spooktacular Magical Memories!
