I would like to visit Disney World July 2010 or later what information do I need to get started with such as where to stay, dine and purchase tickets or passes for a family group of 15 people with children ages 8, 6, 3 and 2 years old Do I need guides?

    Hi Betty,

Starting the planning process for such a large party can be overwhelming, but once you get going, I think you'll have a great time deciding on activities that your entire party will enjoy.

I planned a similar vacation a few years ago for 13 people.  We purchased a Walt Disney World Magical Gatherings vacation package, and it was so easy to plan.  Once you are registered as a Magical Gathering, you are given a planning specialist to help you coordinate your accommodations, make dining reservations, and help plan any recreation or special experiences.  For information on Magical Gatherings, call (407)934-7639.

Hope this helps.  Have fun planning your magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
