We want to visit Disney World in February 2023. Our group would be 6 adults and 4 children 7 and under. How to I speak with someone who can tell me what options we have?

Hey Barry! Thanks for visiting us here at planDisney!

It's never too early to get a jump start on planning your next vacation to The Most Magical Place on Earth!  In fact, now is a great time to start planning because Walt Disney World Resort is already ready to roll out the red carpet and start singing "Be Our Guest!"  Right now, Guests can already book a Guest room AND purchase Theme Park Tickets and make Park Pass Reservations for next year! Start your countdown now, because it will be here before you know it!

Traveling with a large group can be such a treat.  Last summer, my parents took my family and my sister's family to the Resort, leaving us with a party something like yours (including a baby on my hip!).  We spent lots of time together but also spent some hours branching off on our own, either at the Resort pool or Park Hopping to another Theme Park. I would suggest, no matter how you go about setting up your magical vacation, that you all link together through the Family & Friends list on your My Disney Experience account or mobile app.  Doing this will allow you and all the members of your party to share plans, dining reservations, and upcoming Lightning Lane attractions if you decide to purchase the new Disney Genie+ Service to help you "skip" the lines!

If you're looking to book your Disney Resorts Collection hotel Guest room soon you can always call and speak with a Cast Member at the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations line at (407) 939-1936.  While the online calendar is only allowing bookings until December 2022 you're welcome to call and book your room-only reservation now.  If you're looking for a complete package that includes tickets and Disney Genie+, I would keep checking the Disney Parks Blog for updates on when the new packages will be released for next year.  In recent years package deals for the next year have been announced in early summer!

While some Guests love planning their vacation on their own (me, me, me!), some prefer to let a travel agent take care of the details.  If that interests you I would suggest trying an internet search for an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner.  These planners have been trained through a program made for Disney BY Disney, so you know they have some great knowledge of how to book you the most magical vacation ever.

Feel free to come back and see us again if any other questions arise.  We love to hear from you!

Meet the Panelist: Ashley, Massachusetts

Hi All, I'm Ashley! From the very beginning Walt Disney World Resort has always been a part of my life. As a child I excitedly helped to plan family trips, as a young adult I planned our "happily ever after" right on Disney property, and now I'm lucky enough to plan magical vacations for my three incredible children. When we're not taking in the enchanting experiences of the parks, we're home in Massachusetts, probably planning our next trip! Learn More About Ashley
