Hiya Lisa, welcome to planDisney!
We have matching Walt Disney World Resort vacation countdowns, which means we have some magical things to look forward to this spring. Can you believe
Happily Ever After returns to Magic Kingdom Park on April 3 and
TRON Lightcycle/Run opens on April 4?! If you haven't already done so, be sure to purchase your tickets and make your
theme park reservations for this exciting week as soon as possible.
You're smart to consider the various methods of entry for your visit, Lisa. Disney MagicMobile passes are great because they can be easily downloaded in the
My Disney Experience mobile app (three small lines at the bottom right of the home page -->
Disney MagicMobile). Disney MagicMobile essentially turns my Apple Watch into a MagicBand, which is especially convenient when I have a kid in each hand.
You're Baymax-level smart to consider a backup plan for your
method of entry. Of course you'll remember to pack a portable phone charger, but life happens and it's always better to be safe than sorry. Admission cards, which are about the size of a credit card, can be obtained at any Walt Disney World park ticket window. Be prepared to show the ticket confirmation email, the original method of payment, and a valid government-issued photo ID. Current admission cards have bold, solid-colored backgrounds and feature beloved Disney characters like Mickey Mouse, Tinker Bell, and Miguel. Stick them in your wallet and in your scrapbook once you return home.
Since our travel dates align, Lisa, I must remind you that table service dining reservations can be made
online up to 60 days in advance, which means your first Disney dining day is next week - eek! Disney dining is one of my favorite topics so please
follow up if you'd like any specific recommendations.
Plan magic; planDisney.
