Caroline, on check-in day, whenever you wish to arrive at your Disney Resort hotel, stop by the Front Desk to pick up your Welcome Package and MagicBands. You will be able to leave your belongings with Bell Services for safe storage to begin your fun at the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks (Theme Park Reservation required). Disney Resort hotel Guest Rooms of this category are ready at 3:00 PM or later.
By completing your Disney Resort hotel Online Check-In in advance of your arrival
Disney’s Direct-To-Room Service will send you a notification when your Guest Room is ready. You will be able to head straight to your Guest Room and unlock your door using your valid MagicBand, theme park admission card, or mobile device – give Bell Services a call once in your Guest Room, and your luggage will be brought to you.
Walt Disney World Resort Transportation is a complimentary service for Guests to enjoy throughout their stay. I hope you take the watercraft service to
Disney Springs to enjoy shopping, dining and entertainment, such as the new Drawn to Life Presented by Cirque du Soleil® & Disney.
Tips:
Update your payment method in the My Disney Experience mobile app to facilitate app transactions such as
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering and the purchase of
Disney Genie+ service during your visit. As well, using the app you can activate
Disney MagicMobile Service to enable you to create a Disney MagicMobile pass to access vacation essentials such as your theme park admission from your digital wallet on your mobile device.
Ensure that location setting and notifications in the My Disney Experience app have been turned on so the app can send you notifications and function optimally.
