Hi. our 1st visit to Disney in Sept, and am so looking forward to it however I have MS and am unable to stand for long periods would i be entitled to a DAS pass.

    Hi Elaine,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Planning your first visit has to be exciting!

Given the circumstances you describe, it does sound as if you could benefit from the Disability Access Service. When you arrive to your first theme park, stop by Guest Relations and explain that you would like to use the Disability Access Service. A cast member will work with you to determine if the service will accommodate your needs.

When we visit, my husband registers for the Disability Access Service. When he does, a cast member connects the girls and me to his service so that we can ride with him. The cast member will confirm how many additional people can be connected to your Disability Access Service. Once registered, here is how it works. Any member of your party can approach a cast member at the entrance to an attraction, explain that you have the Disability Access Service and request a return time for the ride. Once you return, however, you will need to enter the ride queue first.

The additional good news is that you can use the Disability Access Service in addition to Fast Pass+. So be sure to make your Fast Pass+ selections prior to arrival. While we are in the parks, we also use the My Disney Experience Mobile App to make additional Fast Pass+ selections.

Elaine, cast members have always been so helpful with my family as we navigate the parks. I trust you will have a wonderful time as well!

Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
