Hi, Tammy! WDW has some great vacation options for all budgets! Since you want to stretch your Mickey Dollars, here are some tips for you!
-Avoid traveling during Peak Season (holidays, mid-summer, spring break.) You can get much better deals during Value Season (September, January, and other slow times.)
-Keep checking for Special Promotions at
www.disneyworld.com. Deals such as free dining, or "Buy 4 nights Get 3 free" offers are often available, so try to book using a promotion.
-By staying at a Disney Resort, you will get free transportation to and from the airport and all your transportation around Disney property is included. This is a huge savings over car rentals, parking tolls, and gas.
-Purchase only Magic Your Way Base Tickets. Do not add pricey options such as park hoppers or water parks.
-Bring some items from home to keep your vacation costs down: refillable sports/water bottles, autograph books, rain ponchos, and dry snacks such as crackers or cereal bars.
-Sign-up at
www.disneyworld.com ,
www.allears.net , and
www.mousesavers.com for their free e-newsletters and special offer updates. This will keep you posted on all the great deals in Walt Disney World.
Have fun planning, and I hope you find a vacation that fits your budget!
