We want to visit different resorts to get the pressed pennies. Will they let us park for an hour while we do this and will we have to pay for it?

Hey Heidi and welcome back to the most sensational, inspirational, celebrational, muppetational Disney Parks Moms Panel. I love this question because pressed coins are the easiest and most memorable Disney souvenirs in my opinion. Hunting for them is the most exciting part.

When you arrive at the Disney Resort hotel guard booth tell them you are coming to make pressed pennies and tour the hotel. They will ask you for your ID and give you a complimentary three hour parking pass to explore and collect those delightful copper and silver wonders. The only reason you would not be able to park would be if the lot was approaching capacity. While searching you can grab a snack or a bite to eat from one of the Quick-Service locations.

Disney Dad Tip: Did you know there are over 225 pressed coin locations associated with Walt Disney World Resort? WOW! Disney's BoardWalk Inn has some of the best pressed coins inside and outside the Resort. See if you can find the Juggling Goofy on a unicycle. I just love that one. Ok...it's on the Promenade Pier.

Heidi, enjoy making many Magical Memories.
