Hi Robin!
Welcome to planDisney.
The simple answer to this question is "yes"! You will need to purchase a special ticket for
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, but using that ticket you may enter Magic Kingdom Park from 4.00pm. The party officially begins at 7.00pm until midnight. Any guests who are visiting
Magic Kingdom with a regular park ticket will be required to leave the park at 6.00pm. Anyone with a dining reservation at a
restaurant within the park at a time that overlaps 6.00pm will be escorted from the park after their meal.
It's my favourite of all the seasonal parties, with snowfall on Main Street U.S.A., delicious treats and gorgeous photo spots. It is very magical!
The current event dates for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party are:
November – 8, 11, 12, 14, 15, 17, 19, 21, 22, 24, 26, 27 and 29
December – 1, 3, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 13, 15, 17, 19 and 20.
With a valid ticket you may visit any Walt Disney World theme park (Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney's Hollywood Studios or Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park) the same day as a planned party at Magic Kingdom. It tends to be quieter at Magic Kingdom Park during the day of a party (
but low attendance cannot be guaranteed) as guests will have to leave early, and can't enjoy regular evening events including the fireworks from inside the park.
Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions. We will be happy to help you plan your magical vacation at Walt Disney World!
