Hello, Carol.
I think you'll be happy to know that you can visit any and all of the Walt Disney World Resort Hotels and the bars inside if you wish. It's such a great way to explore the different resorts and, of course, try all of the fun themed cocktails too. Every year on Christmas Eve, my family and I have a tradition of going to the
Tambu Lounge at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. This bar is located upstairs and serves up some of the best cocktails I've ever had. If you decide to stop by, you must try the Lapu Lapu served up in a hollowed out pineapple. It's sweet but packs a punch, plus it's so cute with the umbrella. You'll instantly feel transported to the Islands while drinking this. Another great bar try is the
California Grill Lounge at Disney's Contemporary Resort. This is a great place because you can actually eat off of the California Grill menu without having to get one of those coveted reservations. Seating here is on a first come, first serve basis. The California Grill Lounge also boasts some of the most stunning views of the sunset right over Magic Kingdom Park. If you're here in the evening, you might even luck out and have a great view of the fireworks. One last bar I'll mention is the
Sanaa Lounge at Disney's Animal Kingdom Resort. It's a beautiful lounge that offers a variety of African wine flights, specialty cocktails and beers. Also on the menu is the delicious Indian-Style Bread Service appetizer that is wildly popular at the restaurant.
Those are just a few ideas to get you excited about hopping around to different bars and lounges while you are visiting Walt Disney World. I hope you enjoy!
