We will be visisting WDW in March 2012 with our 6 yr old twins. My son has special needs and is in a wheelchair. We are trying to decided between Caribbean Beach resort and Port Orleans Riverside. Any suggestions?

Hi Angie (fellow mom of twins!)

That is a tough question.  There are benefits to both. If you ask 10 people what they prefer you will get a tie down the middle.  Both are great resorts and you will enjoy either one.  I think what it comes down to is the theme.  Do you want that caribbean beachy feel or do you want the rustic/woodsy feel.
At Port Orleans you can take the boat to Downtown Disney if that  interests you.
Both resorts have great pools.  If you can't decide and both resorts are available you can always flip a coin.
The good news is you can try one this trip and plan on trying the other one on the next trip!  We always look forward to trying new resorts.

Good luck with your decision, you really can't go wrong!!!

    Have a fantastic time!
