Hello, Bianca!
Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for stopping by with an important planning question. I am so excited to hear that you will be joining the
50th Anniversary Celebration of the Walt Disney World Resort. So many wonderful new experiences to take in. I hope you are planning to check our
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind at EPCOT! It officially launches on May 27th and you can participate in an intergalactic voyage through space.
When you purchase your
Disney Theme Park Tickets you will be given a confirmation number with your receipt. If your tickets are not automagically linked to your My Disney Experience account, you can easily link them. This will allow you to bypass the Will Call Ticket Window when you arrive. To begin, sign in to your My Disney Experience account and click on the
My Plans tab. To link, your tickets hover over the
Park Tickets button and click on the
Link Tickets button. Here you can enter your
confirmation number and click
next. Follow the prompts to assign the ticket to yourself or a member of your travel party and then confirm the assignment.
Once your ticket has been linked, I suggest that you immediately make your
Disney Park Pass Reservations. Theme parks are still operating at reduced capacity and all Guests are required to have a valid theme park ticket and Park Pass Reservation for entry. Your visit is during a holiday week and a few parks are already booked up for days before your arrival. To make a Disney Park Pass Reservation, click on the
Theme Park Tickets button and select all the members of your party with theme park tickets. Follow the prompts to select the date and park you are planning to visit and then confirm your selection. Repeat this process for each day that you have a valid ticket. If you have the Park Hopper Option included with your base ticket, you do not have to reserve the park you are planning to hop to after 2:00 PM.
You can access your theme park admission with a MagicBand or using
Disney’s MagicMobile service. Any Guest with an iPhone, Apple Watch, or Android device with Google Pay, can use this service. To set this up, open the mobile app and tap the 3 horizontal lines in the lower right corner. Select the Disney MagicMobile button, and follow the prompts to set up a pass for anyone in your party who needs one. You can customize your pass from the designs available and then save them to your smartphone’s Apple Wallet. If you have created a pass for someone else, you can send it to them via iMessage. You can now use your smartphone at the Main Entrance gate, and redeem Genie+ and Lightning Lane selections. You can even add PhotoPass photos to your Memory Maker account.
I hope this helps with your planning. If you have any more questions before you arrive, please come back and visit us again.
See ya real soon,
Andrea
