How does the virtual que work for Star wars? At 7AM I go on and am given whatever time I get? Or will I see a list of possible times for my party and be able to select what works best for me? I'm curious with dining reservations to work around etc.

    Hello again, Rob!

Welcome back to planDisney! Thanks for bringing another question our way!

If you’ve already linked tickets for your entire party and made Theme Park Reservations, you’ve completed the first step in securing your position in the virtual queue! You may attempt to join the virtual queue by selecting the “Join Virtual Queue” button from the Virtual Queue section of the Disneyland Mobile App. If you are able to secure a Boarding Group, you’ll see your Boarding Group number on the next screen. Once your Boarding Group is called, you’ll have an hour to return to the attraction queue. If you’re in the middle of a dining experience, I recommend taking a screenshot of your Entry Code and keeping a copy of your restaurant receipt. Explain the situation to the Cast Member at the entrance and you may be granted admission.

In the past Guests were required to secure a Boarding Group in order to experience Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. However, the attraction is currently utilizing a traditional stand-by queue. A virtual queue will be implemented as needed. But, Guests will only have the opportunity to join after they have entered the theme park. So, when you arrive at the Disneyland Resort, please check the Disneyland Mobile App to see if a virtual queue is being utilized on the day of your visit. If not, simply hop in line when you are ready to join an epic battle against the First Order!

I hope this information is helpful!
