Does the VIP seating offer when booking a meal at Hollywood Studios work if only lunch time reservations are available?

    Hi Cheryl!

Oh, I'm so excited that you're asking about Fantasmic! at Disney's Hollywood Studios because it's my absolute favorite Disney show! Magical effects, a thrilling storyline, the plethora of characters, a hero who saves the day AND fireworks! What more could anyone want??

I'm happy to help you figure out the Fantasmic! Dining Package. Basically you'll book whichever meal you'd like, at the time that is most convenient to your schedule, at the restaurant of your choice that offers this package.  You'll be given a paper ticket at the end of your meal that will serve as your VIP admission ticket valid for that evenings showtime. You'll then enjoy the rest of your Disney Day and head over to the theater entrance at the time listed on your ticket. Follow the signs for 'Dinner Packages', where you'll then get to sit in a specially reserved middle section of the massive theatre. Warning: you will get wet, and then really hot, and then a bit wet again, if you sit too close to the front.

Do note that the last available dining reservation times are usually around 5 P.M. to allow enough time for your party to enjoy your meal and then make it over to the theatre for the show.

Pro Tips: Seats do fill up fast in the Fantasmic! theatre, so show up earlier in your seating window to have the first pick. Food is allowed to be brought into the theater, which is great because Hollywood Scoops is directly across from the entrance. There are also concession stands and restrooms inside the theater.

I hope this helped, Cheryl, and We'll See You Real Soon!
