Is there a Villa that will allow 8 adults and 4 kids to stay in one place?

Howdy Beth!   This is such a great question!  It makes my heart happy to know that you will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort with such a large party.  It will be a truly magical vacation!!

You have a variety of choices.  I encourage you to book your reservation as soon as possible because the villas that accommodate 12 Guests are typically booked early.

All of the 3-Bedroom Grand Villas will accommodate 12 Guests and typically include 1 king-size bed, 4 queen-size beds and 1 queen-size sleeper sofa.

    The resorts include:
Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort
Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas – Jambo House & Kidani Village
    Disney's BoardWalk Villas
    Disney's Old Key West Resort (Old Key West has 1 king-size bed, 2 queen-size beds, 2 double-size beds, 1 queen-size sleeper sofa)
Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa

Some of the resorts also include an additional sleeper sofa so your party can spread out a bit at night.  All of the Grand Villas have 3 full bathrooms and many of the newer resorts have added an additional bathroom to make your stay more comfortable.

We celebrated my daughter's first trip to Walt Disney World with both sets of grandparents.  We stayed in a Grand Villa at Saratoga Springs and it was truly amazing.  The villa was beautiful and very spacious.

I'm so glad you are considering staying in a Grand Villa.  Please let me know if you have any further questions regarding the specifics at each resort as you continue to make your travel plans.

Thanks so much for your question and have a magical day!!
