The best resource for all of the up to date Fantasyland news is on the Disney Parks Blog! I have really been enjoying the photos and videos that they have posted during the construction of Beast's Castle, Eric's Castle and even the behind the scenes videos of the Imagineers explaining how they came up with the designs. There is so much content of the expansion on their blog, prepare to be amazed!
