I'm sorry you're having trouble viewing your
theme park tickets, let's take a closer look and hopefully get you on your way to enjoying the magic that awaits! The first thing that I would look for is your confirmation email with your Disneyland Resort tickets. If you do not see it in your inbox, I always check my junk/spam file as well in case it accidentally got sent there, or even just search "Disneyland" to see if that email surfaces to the top.
You can also check your
Disneyland app by navigating to the three horizontal line menu in the bottom right-hand corner, and tap "Tickets and Passes." If you do not see them there, you also can link them to your app by scanning the ticket barcodes from your ticket confirmation email, or type in the ticket numbers manually.
Teresa, you will also want to make sure that each of your theme park tickets have a corresponding
theme park reservation. You'll need both to enter the parks, and you can reference the
theme park reservation availability calendar if you have not made your reservations yet.
