Hi Jacqueline, and welcome to planDisney! Your next Walt Disney World Resort vacation is getting so close, I bet you can almost taste the Mickey ice cream bars. Let's get you ready for your big adventure!
Jacqueline, I think you're asking about
tickets you've purchased but haven't used yet, so we'll walk through how to find those in your
My Disney Experience account. If you're looking for old tickets you might have used in the past, I don't think those would show up in your account, so you'd most likely need to
call Disney's Guest Relations and speak to a Cast Member for help with those. But now, let's get down to business and find your current tickets!
Okay, first we'll need to hop into your My Disney Experience account. You can do that on a computer or through the
My Disney Experience app on your phone. We'll check the computer here, but you'll also find your tickets on the app under "Tickets and Passes." So, head on over to the
Walt Disney World website and follow these prompts:
- Look for the blue "Sign In or Create Account" link above the menu bar and log in.
- Once you're in, roll your cursor over the "My Disney Experience" logo on the far right of the menu bar.
- Select "My Plans" from the drop-down menu.
- Scroll about halfway down to "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets."
- Click on the "Tickets & Memory Maker" tab.
You should see all of the tickets assigned to you and any other Guests whose plans you manage listed here. If you don't find what you're looking for or have any problems with the tickets, you can call Guest Relations from the contact list I linked above and a Cast Member will be happy to work things out for you.
I hope this helps you find the information you're looking for, Jacqueline. If you have any more questions while you're making your last-minute plans, please be sure to come back and see us again! We're always here to help!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
