I’m not entirely sure what kinds of details you are hoping to learn about your previous trips, Thomas, but the great news is, I might have found the best place to start your research! I spoke to a Cast Member, Keane, and learned that there is a magical group of Cast Members who work in the Research and Billing department who are able to access certain pieces of information about past trips that you used to see in
My Disney Experience. So if you are looking for past dates, resort hotel folios, ticket confirmations, or anything you received a bill for, this would be the best place to start. Think of them kind of like Mr. KnowsMore from Ralph Breaks the Internet! Keane let me know that you can contact a Cast Member in the department by phone at 407-828-5630 (Option 3), and they can help you confirm which data they can share with you.
