Hey there, Jodie! Welcome back from your magical Disney Cruise adventure!
I hope your trip was absolutely fantastic! Now, let's make sure you get your hands on those cherished family photos. Head over to the
Disney Cruise Line website and sign in to your myDisney account. Once you're in, go to the "Already Booked" section and click "My Cruise Photos" under the My Account tab. If your pictures are not there, don’t worry. You might need to link the photos to your Disney Profile, especially if this was your first time cruising with Disney.
Navigate to Already Booked > My Profile in the My Account section. From there, click "Membership & Passes" to find your Castaway Club ID next to the anchor symbol. Once you've got that, head back to Already Booked > My Cruise Photos and enter your 8-digit Castaway Club ID to link up your photos with your account. Just a heads-up, it might take about an hour for the watermark to vanish from your claimed photos.
If the above steps don't work, don't hesitate
to email Disney Cruise Line Guest Communications. Select "Cruise Photos" as the subject line and complete the rest of the information. They'll be quick to get in touch and help you sort out any hiccups you're facing with accessing your cruise photos.
Now, onto the fun part! Those awesome professional photos you took during your voyage are ready to be shared and printed. Just click on the greyed-out check mark at the top right of any image in your gallery to download individual pictures. If you want to
download the whole gallery, check "Select all Visible Media." Depending on how many photos you have, they might download in batches. Keep in mind that all digital images expire 45 days after the embarkation day of the cruise.
Enjoy reliving those magical moments from your Disney Cruise! Thank you for stopping by planDisney with your question.
