Say Cheese, Deborah!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Thank you for sending us your great question about
Memory Maker photo downloads! Memory Maker is one of the vacation “add-ons” that I recommend all Walt Disney World Resort Guests purchase. I love the ability of having all of my magical memories captured, without having to carry my own camera! The icing on the cake is having the benefit of downloading all of my favorite memories without any limits.
Deborah,
PhotoPass photos and videos currently expire 45 days from the date they are taken. Viewing them on the
My Disney Experience mobile app or the Disney PhotoPass Service website does not change the expiration date. All PhotoPass photos and videos expire 45 days from the date they are taken (regardless of when they are viewed), which is why it is recommended you download all your photos and videos before they expire. Remember that with Memory Maker you get unlimited digital downloads of all your Disney PhotoPass photos and videos!
If you would like to
extend the expiration date to 60 days from the date the photos and videos were taken, you may purchase an expiration extension from the Disney PhotoPass Service website. Please note: Expiration dates of PhotoPass photos and videos can only be extended once.
Deborah, I hope I have helped answer your question. If you have any other questions or require further clarification please visit the Disney Parks Moms Panel again. We are always here to help you!
Wishing you Picture-Perfect Memories,
Priscila
