Can I view if there are openings in tours online?

Hello Ashley!  Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I always make it a point to schedule at least 1 Walt Disney World Resort Event or Tour for each family vacation.

Whether it is a kids-only Pirate Adventure Cruise for my daughter to spend some enjoyable time with kids her own age and discovering pirate booty or strolling through the Utilidoors under Magic Kingdom during Disney's Keys to the Kingdom, the Events and Tours offer another layer of experiences that both frequent Guests and first-timers can enjoy.

When booking reservations for an Event or Tour at Walt Disney World Resort, Guests may contact (407)939-8687 to speak with a Cast Member Tour Specialist.  Unfortunately, there is not an online option for making Reservations or checking availability for individual tours. The specific site for each Event or Tour will indicate the current days the Event or Tour are scheduled to run and the available times, but not the availability.

In my experience, if you plan your Walt Disney World Resort Vacation early and call 180-days in advance of your Event or Tour, that you will (more often than not) get your choice for scheduled Tours and Times.

For extremely popular Events or Tours or during Peak Seasons at Walt Disney World Resort, I strongly recommend you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Be advised that tour itineraries, content, duration and availability of Events or Tours are subject to change without notice.

    Happy Touring!
