Ahoy there, Anne! Welcome aboard planDisney! I'm super excited that you thought to sail my way so soon after disembarking your recent Disney Cruise Line vacation to ask your question! Be honest, was it as amazing as always? Did you get to see Captain Minnie? Did you ride the
AquaDuck? Oh, I'm so jealous that I don't have a cruise planned until later this Summer!
While I'm sure debarkation day was as sad as ever - watching the final morning show, and seeing the debarkation presentation loop over and over...and over - all good things must come to an end, I suppose. One of the things that always gets me is that my Key to the World Card doesn't work for absolutely everything I need off the ship! I remember trying to pay for coffee once with it and totally getting weird looks from the barista and the people behind me - guess that really only works at
Cove CaféHow's that for a segue into your question? Haha! In order to see what your folio contains after you disembark, you'll have to
call a crew member directly, live chat, or
send the crew an email. Now, it's important to note that this is a recent change, so, "we're not all mad here," to paraphrase a certain haberdashery enthusiast. While it's true that we used to be able to see our charges after disembarking, now I would suggest the best way would be to use the email contact us form on the Disney Cruise Line website! Oh, and be sure to put in your reservation number - that'll make sure the crew members have all the information they need to match you with your folio!
I hope that puts the "X" on your map to mark the spot, Anne! Thank you so much for your question! If you have any others while you start planning for your NEXT Disney Cruise Line adventure, please drop another message in a bottle - I'll be sure to look for it!
Until then, may your anchor be tight, your compass true, and your "land legs" quick to come back!
