    Where can I view the due date for my magic key payments? Also, where can I view the payments & see the remaining balance?

    Thanks for bringing your excellent question our way and welcome to planDisney!  

    Your monthly Magic Key payment is deducted on the same day each month. Your credit or debit card will be charged on the date that you originally purchased your Magic Key. The payment amount varies based on the Magic Key tier that was purchased. 

    If you have specific questions about your monthly payment, please call Magic Key Monthly Payments Guest Services at 1-800-410-4656. The hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Pacific Time. A Cast Member in that department will be able to provide information regarding your remaining balance, due date and monthly payment amount.
