How do I view my current vacation package online? We are currently waiting for our travel documents as we leave in 3 weeks!!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Shelby. Thanks for dropping by. I hope you're getting excited for your vacation to the Happiest Place on Earth!

Let me walk you through a few steps so you can retrieve your vacation package information. Head to the Disneyland Resort website. On the top, if you hover over "Places to Stay", you'll see a section that says "Reservations". Click on "My Reservations" and you will be asked to log in using your 8-digit vacation package reservation number and phone number. You should, then, be directed to a page containing your existing reservation.

Should you encounter any issues during this process, please contact (714) 520-5050 and a Disney Cast Member will be able to assist you. If you have further questions in planning your magical family vacation, please visit us on the Panel again, Shelby.

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings from Northern California! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
