How do I view my current amount due for Aulani reservation. There is no where in Aulani app that has a breakdown of what I have paid and what is due. It is a hassle to keep calling, is there no where to view the running amount due?

Welcome to planDisney, and thank you so much for surfing by with your question. There's no place I'd rather be than riding the Hawaiian roller coaster ride at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa. It's my favorite Disney Vacation Club Resort, and our family has visited many times.

Jennifer, I would recommend checking your My Aulani account on a desktop. If you are able to see your balance online, this is the only place it would be. If your Aulani reservation is linked to your My Aulani account, it should have all of the relevant details there. If you don't see it there, then you would need to call Aulani to double-check your balance and make payments.

To find your M y Aulani account, go to the Aulani home page. Then, you can go to My Aulani in the top right corner and log in, and then click on "My Dashboard." This is where you can manage your Aulani reservation.
