Ahoy there, Lois!
Welcome aboard planDisney! I hope you had an amazing cruise and that your whole crew is already dreaming about the next time you’ll hear that ship’s horn and feel the ocean breeze again. Until then, let’s track down those onboard charges faster than Captain Jack Sparrow chasing a map to hidden treasure.
The easiest place to find your onboard folio is in the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. Once you’re logged in, you should see a “Past Cruises” section and you will want to select the reservation for your recent cruise. In that reservation you should see the “Download Your Onboard Charges” card and be able to download your onboard folio. It may take about 24 hours after debarkation for the link to appear in your Navigator app, and only Guests who are 18 years of age and older will be able to see the link. Additionally, you will likely only see charges for the Guests that you were the “payer” for.
If for some reason you cannot view your folio in the Navigator app, or if you just prefer using a computer, you can also find it on the Disney Cruise Line website. Under the “Already Booked” tab, select “
My Cruise History and Folio.” You may need to log in first, and once you do, scroll about halfway down the page to see your cruise history. From there, select the “Download Folio” link and you should be off to the races, just like Lightning McQueen heading down the track.
While you’re on the website, I recommend
checking out your photos from your sailing too. Photos will be available for purchase and download for 45 days after the date of capture (US residents only). If you purchased a digital photo package onboard, you can also download your pictures from the website. Pricing is a little higher if you purchase after your sailing, but it’s nice to have this option in case you decide later that a certain magical moment deserves a permanent spot in your family photo album.
I hope this helps as you track down your onboard folio and relive a few of those cruise memories along the way. Sometimes looking back through those charges and photos feels a little like opening a treasure chest of vacation moments you didn’t want to end. Before long, you might just find yourself planning the next voyage.
Sea ya real soon as springtime magic begins to ripple across the water,
Dustin
