After leaving the ship, you will need to reach out to Guest Services at Disney Cruise Line by
telephone, chat, or email to request your bill. If you decide to send an
email, you will need access to your reservation number along with contact information to complete the online form. You can select "My Recent Cruise" as your option in the Subject drop-down box and then type your question into the text box.
If another Disney Cruise Line voyage is in your future, downloading and using the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app will allow you to view your charges as you make them. As a fellow voyager, I take screenshots of my final charges for my records before disembarking the ship. The Disney Cruise Line Navigator app is also good to use before your cruise for
planning your vacation. While on board, you will have access to daily activities and use the chat feature to communicate with your family and friends through the app.
