Guests can use their
My Disney Experience account to check their reservation details. The best way to access your account is to go to the Disney World website. Once you arrive at the site, log in to your My Disney Experience account. If you don’t have a My Disney Experience account, you will need to create one. You can do that right from the Disney World website.
Once you’re logged in to your My Disney Experience account, use the menu and select “My Plans.” If your travel agent linked your reservation to your My Disney Experience account, then you should see your reservation number included on the “My Plans” page. If your travel agent did not link your reservation, you can link your reservation number to your My Disney Experience account.
David, if it’s more convenient, you can also link your reservation to your My Disney Experience account through the
My Disney Experience app. Start by downloading the app to your mobile device. Once the app is downloaded, head to the menu and tap “Hotel Reservations,” which you’ll find under the “My Visit” heading. You can then link your resort reservation using your confirmation number and last name.
