I am a veteran WDW visiter but brand new to the Disney Cruise....brand new to any cruise. We are sailing Dec. 3rd on the Disney Wonder. Any tips would be helpful....I have discovered the Fish Extenders which is pretty neat..

    Welcome aboard, Amanda!

So great to hear that you will be sailing on a Very MerryTime Cruise aboard the Disney Wonder in December. Your countdown to your 4-night Bahamian voyage is ticking away. If you have a smartphone, have you had a chance to download the Disney Cruise Line Navigator from your app store? You'll be enjoying the holidays while on board, and if you enjoy the WDW Parks - you will be floored, once you see the majestic Disney Wonder all decorated for the holiday season. Keep your camera handy & take lots of pictures!

You'll have lots of bonding magical moments for your family while on board - enjoy every minute of it. If you are traveling with kids, take advantage of the Youth Club Open Houses on embarkation day (and every day). It will allow the whole family to explore together and enjoy the various clubs and specially themed rooms in each area. Make use of the Youth Clubs - the kids will thank you. Try not to miss any of the evening shows at the Walt Disney Theater. You should definitely read the daily Personal Navigator since it will be your go-to cheat sheet for the different activities & events going on throughout your voyage. It will be delivered to your stateroom each night - so that you can plan your next days' activities. Remember to prepare for Pirate night!

There's a lot of things already included in your cruise - but try not to do everything all at once, that you don't get any downtime and relaxation. Vacations aren't just for kids... there's something for parents (and grand parents) when you sail with Disney!

    Happy planning!
