We are veteran DisneyWorld visitors but have not been to Mickeys Not So Scary Halloween Party, we will have girls 9 and 14 with us, is it something we should do?

    Hi Michael!

Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is definitely something I would consider with your girls this upcoming trip. It happens to be one of my favorite special events at Walt Disney World. There are so many spell-binding experiences that you will not experience any other time in the parks. Here are some of my absolute must-dos during the party:
    • Boo-to-You Halloween Parade - You will be mesmerized by the dancing "spirits" inspired by the Haunted Mansion, the Headless Horseman and all the characters in their spooktacular costumes.
    • Happy HalloWishes Fireworks - As a "veteran" visitor, you know how amazing the fireworks over Cinderella Castle can be. Well, these are just as spectacular as they are set to villainous music.
    • Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular - This stage show is sure to please fans of those naughty villains. Led by the Sanderson Sisters from Hocus Pocus, this will definitely put you in the mood for a mischievous night.
    • Trick-or-Treating in the park - This beats trick-or-treating in my neighborhood hands down!
    • Special fall inspired treats - these scrumptious sweets are available for purchase at various locations around the park during the party.
    • Haunting photo ops - Special effects "magic shots" available with Disney PhotoPass.

So, go have a ghoulish good time!
