Hi there, Rubi! Welcome to planDisney!
Rubi, I always love meeting a fellow Floridian, and I especially love helping other Floridians plan a visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth. I'm so sorry you weren't able to verify your residency online, but not to worry! We'll get you all set for your magical Disney days.
As long as your tickets are linked to your
My Disney Experience account, you should be able to make
Disney Park Pass reservations even if you don't have your physical tickets yet. To make sure they're linked, head on over to the
Walt Disney World website and look for the blue link that says "Sign In or Create Account" just above the menu bar. Once you're logged in, go back to that menu bar and look for the "My Disney Experience" logo. Hover your cursor over that and select "My Plans" from the drop-down menu. The next page should say "Rubi's Plans and Tickets." Scroll down about halfway to "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets," and click on "Tickets & Memory Maker." If you see your tickets there, they're all linked up and ready for you to make your Disney Park Pass reservations!
If you don't see your tickets, you can link them by going to the
"Link Reservations and Purchases" page and clicking on "Tickets." Then follow the prompts to link your tickets to your account, and you should be good to go!
Rubi, you can pick up your tickets at the
Guest Relations locations near the theme park entrances, or at the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs. If you have time the day before you plan to visit the parks, picking them up at Disney Springs will save you a little time. That way, you'll have your tickets in hand and you can head straight to the entrance to let the magic begin!
I hope this helps you have an amazing time at Walt Disney World, Rubi. Please come see us again if you have any more questions!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
