It may be worth a call to the Resort to make sure that your Florida Residency was validated online. You can speak to a Cast Member with ticket services by calling (407) 939-7679 or
write an email to the Resort to have that confirmed.
In the meantime, make sure your Florida Resident theme park exchange certificates are linked to your My Disney Experience. Once your tickets are linked, make your
Disney Park Pass Reservations for the days and parks you would like to visit during your magical vacation.
Disney Genie+ Lightening Lane can be purchased any time before your visit via your My Disney Experience App or on your home computer, via your My Disney Experience account.
Click on this link and follow the step-by-step instructions to make your purchase. It’s a very quick process!
Starting at 7:00 a.m. on your theme park day, you can make your first Lightning Lane selection. Once you experience that attraction, or two hours after making that selection (whatever comes first), you can go ahead and make another Lightning Lane selection. You can keep doing that throughout the day until there are no more Lightning Lane selections available or until the theme park closes.
