Hello, Gijo, and welcome back to planDisney. I'm so glad you dropped by with your question.
Dining around the Walt Disney World Resort is one of my favorite topics of conversation. From sweet treats to quick-service meals, savory snacks to
highly themed experiences, there is something delicious around every corner!
Gijo, when my mother last traveled to Walt Disney World with my family, we spent a lot of time thinking about the menu offerings as she is gluten and dairy free. While there are no dedicated vegan restaurants, I'm happy to share that you'll find a number of plant-based options at all four theme parks,
Disney Springs, and Disney Resort Hotel restaurants. My best recommendation would be to explore the online menus as you are planning. You will see which dishes are indicated as
plant-based which hopefully can help as you consider which restaurants to add to your plans.
For example, one of the newest dining locations,
Roundup Rodeo BBQ (located at Disney's Hollywood Studios), indicates that
two of the three starter salads are plant-based. At this restaurant, guests can choose between a smoked items platter or the plant-based trio as their entree.
Gijo, there are so many great options and I know you'll find some delicious dishes. Whether you're devouring the
Chili-Spiced Crispy Fried Tofu Bowl at Satu'li Canteen, the
Impossible™ Burger at Cosmic Ray's Starlight Café, or any other plant-based delicacy, I'll be wishing on a star that you savor every morsel of your trip.
Please come on back to planDisney with any additional questions. Just like Lumiere from Disney's Beauty and the Beast, "Why, we only live to serve!"
