Are there Vegan options and nut free options at the Disney restaurants?

    Dear Susan,
    Absolutely!
The Disneyland Resort is very accommodating to guests with specific dietary restrictions.
Special dietary requests—including food allergies, food intolerances, medically restricted diets and kosher meals—can often be honored at table-service restaurants and select quick-service locations.
If you make an advanced dining reservation, make sure you let guest services know if you have any food allergies or special requests.
Either way, once you're at the Parks, you'll have the opportunity to consult with a chef or Cast Member trained in special diets before ordering. All you have to do is ask to speak to someone about vegan and nut-free options and rest assured they'll make sure you're taken care of.
The Disneyland Resort is committed to offering a wide range of culinary and dietary options for its guests and I'm sure you'll have no problem enjoying a worry-free meal!
Also, guests with special dietary restrictions are allowed to bring their own food into the Parks if they feel more comfortable doing that.
    I hope this helps.
Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
Make sure you return if you have any other questions. We're happy to help!
