As a vegetarian myself, I have to say that Walt Disney World is my favorite place to eat! It is stress-free and they have incredible options for people with plant-based diets. I’ve traveled with friends and family members that adhere to a vegan diet, and they have enjoyed every culinary moment too!

Plant-Based Cuisine Options at Walt Disney World Resort” page has been the best resource for me when planning and giving tips to my plant-based pals! It will take you through plant-based options available at the four theme parks (including Character Dining Experiences),
Disney Springs, Disney’s Boardwalk,
Disney’s waterparks, and Disney Resort Hotels. It should be noted, though, that there are more plant-based options available at Walt Disney World than what is listed on the page above.
I find it’s helpful to ask the friendly servers at Table Service meals about plant-based options specifically as they sometimes have additional options available that are not on the printed menu! You should have a magical (and delectable) time enjoying any of the
Character Dining Experiences for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!
Don’t forget to look for the green leaf icon! This adorable symbol makes it easy to spot plant-based foods at restaurants and kiosks. One of my favorite plant-based stops is
Satu’li Canteen! You’ll love their “Create Your Own Bowl” option with plenty of plant-based proteins to savor!
